Certainly! We offer the option to create a pre-production sample for your approval prior to proceeding with bulk manufacturing. This valuable service is provided free of charge for all orders placed.

Additional Sample Requests:
If you require more than one sample, such as a full-size kit, certain fees may apply. However, we are more than willing to have a discussion with you to understand your specific needs and ensure the optimal outcome for your requirements. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to accommodate your requests in the most suitable manner.

Once your order has been approved and is ready for production, the estimated lead-time for completion is as follows:

Pre-production Samples:
Expect an approximate duration of 3-4 weeks for the creation and delivery of pre-production samples. This crucial step ensures that you have the opportunity to review and approve the quality and design before proceeding with bulk production.

Bulk Production:
Anticipate a production timeframe of around 8-10 weeks for the bulk manufacturing of your order. We allocate this period to guarantee meticulous attention to detail and deliver exceptional results.

With our Design Builder tool, you have the freedom to unleash your creativity. Simply follow the easy steps provided to craft your unique design, which can be saved for future editing or downloaded upon completion. Attach your design to your order or utilise it for further discussions.

Upload Your Own Designs:
If you prefer using your own created designs instead of our design editor, we gladly support that option too. However, we kindly request you to consult our team beforehand to ensure that your design adheres to the product requirements.
